This interactive map confirms the pressure to build around, Adlington. Cheshire East and surrounding Councils have revised housing targets. Developers continue to submit applications, taking advantage of the absence of 5-year housing targets in Local Plans which will take years to update. Developers control the rate of build. In 24/25 c2,000 properties were added across the whole of Cheshire East County.
