Adlington New Town on Silk FM

Silk FM logo

Updated: February 13, 2026

We were delighted to be featured on Silk FM yesterday, as they covered the Adlington New Town proposal and helped spread the word across Cheshire.

The segment highlighted the scale of the proposed development and the concerns shared by many local residents. We are grateful for the time explaining why this proposal matters and how it could affect communities across the area.

If you missed the broadcast you can listen to the full segment here.

Local media plays a vital role in our campaign as we work to raise awareness of what is happening and ensure as many people as possible are informed. We’re thankful to Silk FM for covering an issue that will have an impact on listeners throughout Cheshire.

We hope as many people as possible can attend our upcoming protest this Sunday and stand with the community.
